Reviews and Ratings
I had a great experience at this hotel, staying in a spacious and clean one-bedroom condo. The location was fantastic, just a quick walk to the lifts and close to the bus stop for easy access to dining and shopping. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. However, the cooking smells from neighboring units were a bit off-putting at times, and there was no daily housekeeping, which may not be ideal for everyone.
My stay at Shadow Ridge Hotel was fantastic, especially with the incredible staff and the perfect location just a stone's throw from the slopes. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, but a little outdated in some aspects. While the amenities were good, I did face some issues with the heating that were not entirely resolved. Overall, it's a great value for a ski trip and I look forward to returning!
I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is ideally located just steps away from the lifts at Park City Mountain, making it incredibly convenient for skiing and exploring downtown. The amenities are excellent, including a heated outdoor pool and a hot tub. However, I did miss having daily housekeeping service and the absence of tea in the room was a minor drawback. Overall, I can’t recommend this place highly enough for the convenience and value!
I had a wonderful stay at Shadow Ridge, where the location really stole the show—just a quick walk to the lifts and a bus stop right nearby. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortably furnished, making it a real retreat after a long day of skiing. However, some areas of the hotel could benefit from an update, and I did notice a few cleanliness issues in the common areas. Overall, it was a great value for the price paid, and I would definitely recommend it!
My stay at Shadow Ridge was decent but had its ups and downs. The close proximity to the ski slopes and a friendly staff were definite highlights. However, I was really disappointed with the condition of the upgraded unit I received, which didn’t meet my expectations regarding comfort and cleanliness. While it’s easy to walk to downtown, the quality of the furniture and facilities left much to be desired.
I had a decent experience at the hotel with great proximity to the ski lifts and restaurants. The rooms were adequate but felt quite dated, which definitely affected the overall comfort. I appreciated the helpful staff and the on-site ski rental shop. However, I had a frustrating experience with the hot water and the lack of kitchen supplies, making it tricky to have breakfast in the room.
I had a really nice stay at the hotel, especially because it was right across from the ski slopes, making it super convenient for hitting the slopes. The rooms were updated and had good amenities, but I did have some issues with noise from the neighboring units that detracted a bit from the experience. The service was very attentive, which I appreciated, but I did encounter some hiccups with the outdoor pool temperature and towel availability. Overall, it was a great location, but there were a few things that could use improvement.
I had an enjoyable stay at Shadow Ridge after a ski trip, with a great location just a short walk from the slopes and helpful staff. However, my upgraded room disappointed me due to outdated furniture and issues from the remodel. The ski rental on-site was very convenient, and the proximity to downtown was a plus, but the room's condition left much to be desired.
We had a lovely stay at this one-bedroom deluxe apartment, which was clean and comfortable with great amenities for our family. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the resort, although the hot tub and pool could be better. The kitchen was well-equipped, but you'll need to bring your own food items. Overall, it was a great experience that exceeded our expectations.
